In this day and age when there are plenty of web sites that can and do work cross platform, any site that doesn't is broken because the developers are not doing their job properly.

Safari may be a minority browser when compared with IE but its a large minority.

Stick to the standards, design some workable pieces of code to work around the problems and avoid doing things that crash the other browsers.

Wetpaint is not ready for use until this has been addressed.

Wetpaint is ready for use, so why don't you use another browser until this problem is addressed. Do you find this valuable?

From the months I've been here, I've never seen Safari totally work with wetpaint.
Someone said that Safari used to work but not anymore. I think that apple has something to do with this, & that this is not all of wetpaint's fault.

you should try firefox. That's a good browser, & wetpaint works fine with it.

Wetpaint is currently used by millions of people around the world. They don't find it useless.

We support the parts of Safari that we can, but we're hampered by Apple's implementation of Rich Text Editing. While Safari 3 has improved the situation significantly, it still has some issues. Safari 2 is completely broken in this regard, and we can't ever allow it to have access to most of the editing tools.

Safari is a very small minority, but that doesn't mean we don't want to support it. I'm a Mac user and a former Apple employee. I want Wetpaint to work with Safari and it will, as soon as Apple fixes it.

Vague complaining won't help. Feel free to post specific issues and maybe someone will address them. Do you find this valuable?
