Hi, folks,

One of the members of my invitation-only site can't join because it says her e-mail address is already registered. (I think she may have tried a Wetpaint account a long time ago, but she doesn't know her password.) I can't find a place to actually contact a site manager to see about having her original (defunct) information removed. (Hmm -- am I making any sense? Hope so.) Anyhow, if you folks have any tips, let me know. It's clear that she won't be allowed to register with her e-mail address unless someone from Wetpaint removes the old info. Do you find this valuable?
