I have a bug! Please help!

May 6 2008, 2:04 PM EDT Can they tell us what happens when they try to upload a profile image? How big is the image file? What is the file type (jpg, gif, png, bmp)? Are they uploading the image from their hard drive or from a web page? 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

May 7 2008, 7:43 AM EDT She said that she's uploading from her computer the image was gif. and was not more than 12kb. She also said that she was getting a message that said that the pic could not be added. Do you find this valuable? |

May 10 2008, 5:41 AM EDT As grapplinghook said, have the same problem too. The image I upload most of the time is well under 500 KB and it's a JPG file. This problem is only on her wiki. I have tried uploading several images but none of them work. Do you find this valuable? |
