Error when trying to add photo(s)
Apr 29 2008, 11:51 PM EDT When trying to upload a photo, I receive the following error message: "There was an error uploading your photo. Please try again using a .gif, .png, or .jpg that is less than 500k." This happens repeatedly, regardless of the browser I'm using (tried both Firefox and IE) and the photos that I'm trying to upload are well under the limits allowed, both in size and pixels and are in JPG format. What can be causing this error and what can be done to fix it or work around it? Thanks! 6 out of 8 found this valuable. Do you? |

This happens repeatedly, regardless of the browser I'm using and the photos that I'm trying to upload are well under the limits allowed, both in size and pixels and are in JPG format, my system is XP, Browser is standard MS Explorer 6, the image I attempted to upload was 250x188 pixel 25 KB jpg, Hope you find the Bug, thanks ! 1 out of 1 found this valuable.
