Applying your Member Profile Template to all members

I have created a specified Member Profile Template. If we want Members to fill in the template (which we have changed) and they have not done so, that we should have them delete their profile info and start over? How do we ensure that the profile is applied?

Some members have tried to edit the profile, but they don't even see the table that we added to the template. We want them to be able to use.

they dont have to do the template they can just delete it an use there own design 0  out of 2 found this valuable. Do you?

Useful info, thanks -- but it doesn't exactly answer this question.
How can we make sure that old members (who have not filled out the old template) will see the new template when we invite them to do their profile? ? ?
