Pages not saving edits
Apr 24 2008, 1:33 AM EDT My wiki is : http://ftfc.wetpaint.com/ I am using FireFox as my browser and my OS is Vista I have had my wiki for months now using that browser and OS and have had no problems until this evening. I was trying to edit a page in a section of my wiki. I put the text on the page, the video, button pics and links connected to them. Went to save the edit. It saved just fine. Then when I went to lock the page it deleted all my edits. I went through it a second time and the same thing happened only this time when I went to save it gave me the do you want to overwrite previous info message saying the page was updated or updating. I overwrote it. It looked fine but when I went to lock it again the same thing happened and it got deleted. What is happening? and how can I fix it? Also at the bottom of the page it isn't recording the last update properly either. It just shows the date the page was created. 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

Apr 24 2008, 1:39 AM EDT Ok, sorry guys. My bad; it is ok afterall. I guess I am a little tired maybe with it being midnight and all. I guess the page was just slow to update because it is fine and all the stuff is on it and it's locked. 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

Apr 24 2008, 9:21 AM EDT A similar problem many people will see, is using the "back" button in a browser you reload a cache of the last time you viewed the page. If so, click the browser's "refresh" button to get the current version of the page from the wetpaint site. Do you find this valuable? |
