Rather than having to scan through every single photo or graphic that is loaded on our site, I thought it would be a great idea to encourage our group to create their own album, making sure they move their photos to their own album. As well, a separate album can be created to store our graphics, etc, that way rather than needing to scan the whole complete file, we can go directly to that album. However ... in the process of trying to do this, I noticed that even though I move a photo to the designated album, if I delete it from the main file, it also then deletes itself from the designated album. Is there any way wetpaint.com can fix this to give us an option to clean up the main file base without losing the files in the albums?
