Font sizes & Photo Gallery
Apr 19 2008, 3:09 PM EDT I don't know if this has been discussed, but it would be nice if we could choose more font sizes. Or at least fill in missing values [such as values between 14pt and 18pt]. Also, it would be nice if I were able to tick an option that would disable the "Add to Gallery" thingy which appears when uploading a photo. (I do not want every photo that I upload to appear in the wiki gallery) Do you find this valuable? |

Apr 19 2008, 3:29 PM EDT Most software for you computer doesnt even offer you to choose an exact font. Those font sizes are most used (I dont know why) in applications. More fonts itself is a feature that many people want such as eg. segoe ui, space age etc. I think they limit it to those fonts because if a person doesn't have that font on their computer then the writing doesnt show up. Do you find this valuable? |

Now regarding size, I have an issue: On my wiki, I'm writing in size 12, which is standard size. Now I want to add a photo and write something under it [like a caption with smaller text]. I can choose the value of 10, which makes it smaller, but people can't read the caption. Now I would like to choose 11 but there is no such value. So, this is the problem. If I can choose ANY font color, why can't I choose ANY font size? Note, that this is just for aesthetics. In reality we all [myself included] use standard font sizes. Do you find this valuable? |

Imagine this: I have to upload five photos or more and i have to bypass that message five or more times. With the old uploader, I uploaded a photo, and then another, without having to go through all the details. Do you find this valuable? |
