Well- I dont remember if theres an age limit for this, if there is then that might be why. Or you didn't put all the info in, or you put the wrong info in (like your email in your name and your name in your email slot)

Help me please."If you are getting a message that says “Based on the information you have supplied, you are ineligible to create a Wetpaint account” then it means you entered a date of birth that would make you ineligible to join Wetpaint. This precaution helps to prevent children under the age of 13 from registering for Wetpaint. Children under 13 are not allowed to join Wetpaint due to the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) laws, which we must comply with. 4 out of 11 found this valuable. Do you? |

I had a similar experience opening my account. What can I do if I made a mistake while I was creating my account? Can I fix it?, or I need to try to create a new account. Thanks for you help.

What if you are over '13' and you craeted a wetpaint account, but you still can't creat a website wiki?

You can't create an account if you are under 13. When trying to create a new account it will still not allow you to.

((I am not staff, but i know))You see, if you put the age under thirteen you are not going to be able to make an account. What age did you type? Did you type your e-mail wrong? And there are re-dos. My first time, I accidentally said I was born in 2007, because I thought it was asking what year it was. I used the same user name when I tried again. Now I'm Icytail. What user name were you looking for? Maybe it was already taken or something. 1 out of 2 found this valuable. Do you? |

The reason you can't get to the 3rd part is probably because you have stated before that you are under 13 and Wetpaint blocks you from creating a site. Take a look at this page for the Terms of Wetpaint and how you are not allowed to create a Wetpaint account until you are 13: http://www.wetpaintcentral.com/terms

Yes there are certain rules that they must follow. Allow I think it needs to be set so that if you turn 13 in the same year and you tried to sign up before your birthday that it will let you sign up on the exact day of your birthday.
