"What you are doing is creating a page, then creating another page and not changing where it is. There is another way to do it but try this for now:

1) Navigate to your homepage
2) Create a new page
3) If you want another main page then go to your home and then create another page
4) To create a subpage under one of those main pages, navigate to them and add a new page.

You can also click more tools at the top of each page and click Move Page. (more tools is to the right of EasyEdit)"
