cannot login or get password sent to email
Apr 9 2008, 12:42 PM EDT I tried logging in to my new wetpaint account but was unable. i've gotten the confirmation email that my account was successfully setup.
entering my username and password reports that there is no match in the system. entering my email address to get resent my password does NOT say that there is no account with that email address but gives a dialouge box that says something like: "we are sorry, an error occurred. if the error persists, please reload the page and try again."
I am using Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 and I don't know what operating system because i'm on a limited-access computer at the public library. probably whatever came before XP.
