Receiving "OOPS" message when accessing site

My student made a wiki for her hypothetical future classroom: http://cjoyce.wetpaint.com/

When I go to this site it says:
Oops!

You found a bug — how embarrassing for us. We're terribly sorry about that. If you'd like to report the problem, give us feedback on our Bugs & Suggestions site.

— The Wetpaint crew

I need to get into this site so that I can give her a grade. Thanks for your help!

I don't get an oops message and am prompted to sign-in. It's a private site. Can you try again and clear your cookies if you are still having trouble?

If it is a private site and you are signed into the wrong account it may come up that message. But clearing you cookies will most certainly work. Do you find this valuable?

Also, if you haven't already been invited, ask your student to send an invite to your email address. Once you get the invite, you'll be prompted to register or sign in. Do you find this valuable?

This sounds like an issue that would probably be resolved by clearing the browser cache and cookies. I had the same problem with accessing a site yesterday. Cleared the cache and then no problem. We have step by step instructions on http://www.wetpaintcentral.com/page/Browser+Support Do you find this valuable?
