You'll need to create a new one, Log out - Go to http://www.wetpaintcentral.com/accountnew and sign up for a new one.

and you are all set - Remember to change the email to your Current one so that you can create a new account! :)
Do you find this valuable?

Greetings.
Can we sort out changing username please.

For a multitude of reasons, it must be inevitable that users will, from time to time, need to change their usernames. It must surely be equally appropriate that, for a reasonably sophisticated service such as this one, users are supplied with a reasonably straight forward way of achieving that.

From what I see in these threads, there are some 'work arounds', which are not especially clear to the less IT-cognisent person. If I understand one suggestion correctly, you can change your e-mail in your account (thereby effectively creating a dummy account) and then sign up for a new one. Now, does that also mean that the person, who changes their e-mail can be re-invited by the wiki originator via the original e-mail address? Presumably, the dummy account is left hanging ... for ever?

So, for Wetpaint - do you not agree that this issue needs a better solution than the one(s) currently offered? For anyone else - have I described the work around correctly or are there some other steps waiting to trip me up or trick others out of the wiki.

Many thanks.

Hi

Please help me to understand this. We are a team and we all need to change our usernames! We do not want to start a new wiki because lots of work has been going into it.

Blessings
