Are you sure the person has checked their mail? 0  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

I'm having the same problem. No one is getting the invites I send out from my site. I even tried sending one to myself and I never got it (and I checked all spam folders).

What's going on?

The URL where I'm having the problem is http://logancondoboard.wetpaint.com/
i've tried with both Firefox2 and IE7 on Windows XP

The problem is that when i use the Invite interface to invite people to my site, the emails never seem to be sent out. No one receives them. I've tried sending them to myself with no success as well.

I would expect that within a few hours of sending the invite the invitees would get an email from Wetpaint.

The two above posts were from me (jedfonner). Not sure why it thought I was anonymous when I was definitely logged in. Do you find this valuable?

Our database shows that all the invites have been sent out from Wetpaint for http://logancondoboard.wetpaint.com. If they are not being received it is either because they are being filtered as spam or because the email host for your recipients is bouncing them before they can be delivered. I noticed that the last invite we sent went to an AOL address. AOL is notorious for blocking email that comes from Wetpaint. We will continue to work with AOL to try to get them to unblock us, but so far we've only had marginal success.

The quick and easy solution: create a new email account through another free email provider and send the invites there.

Your reply isn't real helpful or accurate. I can apply for a forgotten password and the email from Wetpaint not problem. This means it is not being filtered by spam, it is sending to the same address as ones I've invited. Students I've invited to http://evolution2b.wetpaint.com have not received the email nor have I received emails to my own account. This is a deal breaker. Do you find this valuable?
