Can you delete images you don't need anymore?

Some one put an inappropriate picture on their profile and even though they changed the picture, the old one keeps on showing up on the site activities section. Is there a way to delete a picture that is not displayed on any page? 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

The picture is showing up on the community activity section not the site activities. Do you find this valuable?
