"and my friend (creator) banned me for fun. Then when I was made an admin again I couldn't ban him. Can admins ban other admins?"I answered this question earlier.. But, for the help of others.. If you are any kind of member except the creator, you can be banned. Creators cannot be banned by anyone, not even administrators.

I don't think thats fair. I was on a site, and the creator was doing a whole bunch of bad thinks because she knew she could get away with it. Some kind of line should be drawn.

If you did not find what the creator was doing fair, then, you could just leave the site and find another site with the same theme as the old one. Maybe, once you leave, the mean creator will realize what they were doing wrong, and change. You cannot do much to change a creator. If they are being evil and mean, leave the site. They will learn that the way they are acting is no way to get new or keep members.
