Anonymous		 invitation rejected - how can they accept now?

I have invited some parents & kids that I teach. If the parents entered the kids birthdate, I now understand that they must be 13 years old. When the parent tries to join with their birthdate, they are still rejected. Is there any option beside removing the current cookies that will allow them to accept the invitation??

does it say you are not elegible to join if so wait about a day and it will work Do you find this valuable?

They would need to delete the cookie in order to try again. Do you find this valuable?
