I have sent two of my friends invitations to become administrators on my site. Each time they receive an invitation(I have done this twice) and they try to set up an account, it says based on the info you have provided you, yoiu are inelgible to sign up? Help!!! I am ready to shut down my new site and go to another free web service!!!! 2  out of 2 found this valuable. Do you?

Your friends are entering birth dates that indicate that they're under 13 years old. Because of federal law, we can't accept new accounts from children under 13. 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?
