I like the new toolbar and everything........ but I have a big website and how am I going to moderate all of the threads.... I dont know who is saying what anymore.... like I have a page abut if they want to join but I cant search all of my pages in case some of the threads are from a while ago or I dont respond to someone and they get mad.. other wise its good.

You can keep track of your site activity in the "What's New" page.

Also, if you click the threads tab off of the what's new page you can see all of the ones that have been updated recently. Or, you can try the 'most active' tab (the default) off of the discussion forum link in the top nav.
