Menu Missing?

When I'm on my own wiki (and signed in) on the right side of the screen there used to be a menu bar where it would allow me to add/delete pages, move pages, rename pages, and other such things. But I log on today and that menu is gone. Does anyone know what happened do this and how I can get it back? As it is I can't rename pages, delete them or move them; and it's getting rather annoying.

The recent release re-located the tools to the top of the page. You should find the actions, EasyEdit, Edit Tags, Email Page, and More tools. Oh, heh, I didn't even see it up there. Though it doesn't look like the delete is there. At least not that I can see... Do you find this valuable? |

Delete won't show as an option if you're on the Home page.
