You could just send a message to all registered users. That is the best thing to do. A newsletter feature would be exactly the same.

Do you mean like the Weekly Digest? I get that in my email every week. But DigitalX is right. A message to all the users would be the same thing.

No he means a message that can automatically be sent to users that gives them the latest site news or something.

What you can do is to set up a page on your wiki for your weekly newsletter. Prepare your newsletter offline until you are ready to send it out. Then edit your newsletter page with the new content. Have all your registered users click WATCH THIS PAGE from the more tools on the tool bar. When you update that page all of your users will be notified by email and they can click on the link in their email and read the newsletter on your wiki. The reason to create your content offline, is you want to make all the edits on the page at one time, or for every change that is made on that page, a new email will be sent. And it will be all automatically sent.This is the only way I see to do this and getting the information to all users. Do you find this valuable? |

on the wet paint site there is a place to sign up for a tv fan newsletter - I want to put that same box on my site to let people sign up for my real estate news letter. Is it possible to do that? and How can I do that? Thank you!

There is no feature on wetpaint that will allow for the same function as the TV Fan Newsletter. I have a work-around for sending out a Newletter to members of your wiki who opt into the newsletter.
