You have to pick one of the options on the drop down list but you can customize the actual text of the compliment as much as you need.

I know about customizing the body text, but I want to customize the "subject" line too. The pre-made subject lines, do not fit in meaning nor for my users and audience. Could we have an option total custom compliments, i.e., customizing subject and body text, please.
