when pages are locked, can threads still be posted on the page? 21  out of 22 found this valuable. Do you?

How can users be prevented from starting/posting Threads to a page? (I want to have users to do that on only certain pages, eg Discussions) 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

Well, like I said on the threads page, not technically, but you can if you ask your members to run them by Mods. Do you find this valuable?
