where is "easy edit"? Do you find this valuable?

That might require that I use a high squeaky voice, but fortunately that does not translate to writing. If you don't see the EasyEdit button on the page it probably means you just need to sign in to the site with your username and password. Some sites are set up so that only registered or invited users can edit, so it depends on the site's permissions scheme.
