Is my Site in Violation
Feb 3 2008, 2:40 PM EST
Hi, before I put anymore work into my wiki, I would like to know if it violates any Wetpaint policy. If So, I wll make the site a private one and let it die through normal inactivity process of Wetpaint. Please see example page at "

Thanks cryingdove.

You'd have to talk to a lawyer to get the actually legality question answered, but I don't see anything that stands out as violating copyright. Do you find this valuable?

You really don't have to take extremes. You should just know the law.. lol. jk. but that is way to insane. A LAWYER?! what if he finds something bad? huh? sued and in court and jail? :P

It's illegal to give legal advice if you're not a lawyer. That's why I stated it like I did. I'm not a lawyer and only a lawyer could give a legal opinion on the matter. Do you find this valuable?

I'd be okay to give legal advice. If you fail to ship these then that is not good. You should use eBay to do this. It will be a better option. Make sure you display feedback from others. Do you find this valuable?

I am not seeking any legal advice. All that was asked in the beginnig was whether a commerce type site, violated any of Wetpaint's terms of service.

As far as the legal aspect of operating the site, that would have been through mood ring and methane gas technologies. Doesn't matter; the site will die, lonely in the dark internet forest, awaiting the elusive member to sign up. The internet needs a service to cleanup all the internet dust lying around. I know I have at least 5 sites that are just there on the net gathering nothing but dust.

The internet is meant to be running out of space now that nearly a Yottabyte has been taken up :-( Do you find this valuable?
