History of the page is FALSE

I changed a typo from "not" to "now" in "Custom ...." Budde claims to have reverted the change and locked the page. But the page looks not to be locked and my correction still seems to be there. What happened? Why is history so misleading? Or do I misunderstand everything? Do you find this valuable?

Have you tried refreshing the page? Sometimes browser caches hold on to old version of a page. I see the "not", although, as you pointed out, it should be "now". Let me know when you see the change and I'll put it right. 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

Now it says it's locked but history still seems to say my correction was undone and yet it remains corrected.

I hate it when the browser lies to me too. IIRC, you have to use a special forceful refresh gesture in Firefox to make it REALLY refresh the page. I hate that too.

Did Budde believe that I had VANDALIZED the page? I resent that. (Sometimes I prefer to say, "I resemble that remark.")

How is it possible that the history is telling the truth? Was my change not really reverted? Did the correction get SILENTLY reestablished?

Ah, now I see a mistake of mine! The "not" I changed to now was in "not opt-out" instead of where I later thought it had been. Despite my mistake, I feel maligned by Budde who seems also to have preserved a typo in that process and prevented anyone else from fixing it. Ah, well, perhaps he is auditioning to become a Republican. Do you find this valuable?
