can anyone reply to my site, or do they have to be a member and sign in. I would like for anyone to reply to the info I put on my winki 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

That depends on how you set it up in the first place. If you are the creator of your site or have administrator permissions you can change permissions for the whole site via "wiki settings" that you should find in the top right hand corner when you sign in.
