Unicode Font

I feel somewhat bad about posting this sort of thread, as I have seen a few other topics that deal a little bit with the font issue. This is more specific, though, so I will press onward.

I would like to see a Unicode font added to the font templates for your wikis. The site that I run is set up in an encyclopedia format, and some articles are meant to have pronunciations. The system of pronunciation I am used to is IPA (International Phonetic Alphabet). Most of the symbols that are required in IPA cannot be found in any font case except a Unicode one. I prefer Lucida Sans Unicode, and it is one of the plainest to read and most accessible to work with, but in reality I think any Unicode font will do.

I agree - a Unicode font is sorely needed, and Lucida Sans Unicode is very legible.

One font I was very surprised to NOT see included is Verdana, which is very legible on-screen.

Tahoma is awful - no, it's not offered either, but some people seem to prefer it to Verdana and tend to offer it, rather than Verdana which is much more legible.

Can we get Lucida Sans Unicode, or at least Verdana?

Thanks.
