Nice work on the picture frames and page headings. For the page headings and dividers, have you tried setting the table to Fit to Page?

Thanks for you comments Jason. As far as the bars go, the tables are set to Fit To Page. I am designing on a 21 inch screen, so I am not certain what the page looks like to others. Hopefully it will not be any different that what I see.
