On the side of the page under "Page Toolbox" there should be a small box that currently says "Manage Page". You can click the side of it to open many things. Among those choices are Rename, Move, and Delete. Select delete, leave a reason for deleting, and then click the delete button.

The bar to "Manage Page" is not there. I acidentally added a page under the Woodwoirkers of Whitter, CA. and want to delete it. Do I need special permission to delete this one?

you no need special permission, just login with ur account and your will find "manage page" box at right side below the page tool box.
