Resetting user passwords
How do I reset a users password so they can access their account?

existing member can not get in
A member was on the system, created a profie. He now can not get back in. I suggested he reset his password. If that did not work then we would set up a new profile with a different email address. Is there something else that can be done besides resetting a password?

Attached Files Don't Work
I have tried adding files (pdfs, spreadheets, maybe docs) to wiki pages. Upload seems to go ok, but when I try to view the attached docs I always get a "connection reset by server" message instantly.

Using Firefox 2.0.0.15 (but tried it with at least one other brand of browser and got the same result) with XP Home sp2.

downloading an attached doc from wiki - HOW? - pls help
when I left-click the attachment a new tab opens, saying "cannot open page", right-click / save target as, shows an error box saying "cannot download from attachments.wetpaintserv.us - The connection with the server was reset."
Same with either IE7 or Firefox 2.0.0.11.
How do I download an attachment from our wiki? Help
