Removing "boxes" on homepage of a private site
Good day people,
I have a private site, upgraded to premium to remove ads, but still have three boxes on the homepage with the Wetpaint logo, all showing the message "Oops! This site is private so the data in this module cannot be shown".
Does anyone know if there is any way at all to remove them? Or change the landing page so that they don't appear?
Thanks, Bill

We want to REMOVE members, not ban them!
There really needs to be a member removal option (and being able to select multiple users at a time for this). So many wikis are setup for educational purposes and teachers need to be able to remove past students without having to ban them, or ask them to remove themselves. Please add this to the next update!

Great start
I also think that taking the adds away is a good idea. But having to pay for getting the adds tken away might get expensive.

Good start
Definitely it will benefits the viewer and the website owner - a win win solution. No idea how it will look like if the ads are removed. Paying a fee to remove the ads is also another issue.

This is a start
This is a start but i douby that many people will pay 5 dollars a month just to get rid of Goggle Adwords. It would be better if you could do it by site and anyone who views your site doesn't see the ads.

Advertising Free Wiki Test Program
I do think this is a good idea, but, it seems more and more Wetpaint is getting off the "free wiki online collobration" goal. I really do think this is a great way to attract attention, but, you could make more by just keeping the ad's on there. I think it is annoying to have the ad's there too, as much as the next person, but for now, my mind is set on making a wiki, not looking at the Meet Sexy Singles ad's. Thanks for letting me share my opinion.
