Is a nice tutorial/lesson on web page layouts and using columns, frames, or tables that will grow or shrink as a viewer resizes his/her browser window or people view your pages with different screen resolutions.
Many of us who create web content are sort of "super users" who tend to have larger monitors and higher screen resolution. So it is easy for us to desing a page that looks great on our machine but not so great on the average smaller, lower resolution monitor. It is always a good idea to view your web site design on an average or less than average set-up when you are fist getting started, to see how it will look. It is sort of too late to change it after you have many hours invested.
