Site Greeting did not change
I changed the greeting, and it said "your changes have been saved" but the greeting keeps reverting to the default one.
I'm using Camino, on a Mac. .

How are members or writers added?
I want to invite a select group of people, all of whose email addresses I know right now, to become writers.
I don't want to invite them and then have to spend a lot of time unconfusing them all, and telling them, after the fact, what the procedure is, because I think that will cause most of them to lose interest very quickly. And many may decide not to respond anyhow. But how can I make this as painless as possible?
