Okay, so about 2 years ago I had an account called lifewater456. I forgot the password and the e-mail's password...is there any possible way I can get it back? I don't have any alt accounts. Please help!

i couldn't log in so i used the reset button however no email with link received within the last few hours. email address is correct and i only signed up yesterday.
is there a server problem?

Helping a member of my site get their password
A member of my site cannot remember their sign one and is getting nowhere with the auto help (don't get me started!)...as administrator, I can't get into their profile page to check it, and am looking for another way to get the info.

I cant change my password...
ever since i created the account i have not been able to sign in. i am using the correct username. i checked that with the email wetpaint sent when i created the account and when i go to the site that i am a member of my account is there. everytime i try to log in it does not work. It says: We could not find an account with the username and password you provided. i try to change my password, i get the email to change it but when i type in a new password and click the button to change it. It begins to load and then nothing happens. please help. What is supposed to happen next.

Password Reset
I forgot my password, what should I do? 1. Make sure that you have Caps Lock off. 2. Make sure that you are signing in with a correct username. 3. Try some other passwords that you normally use. I still fail to sign on, what do I do now?
