embedding video from vimeo or our website
is there a way to embed video from vimeo or add a link from our website. when I click on "add to embed" and embed either a link to our website or the code from vimeo, i get the following msg: "This appears to be an invalid widget. Please enter the complete Embed tag and try again". Can I only embed videos from YouTube, Hulu, or Google?

Hey all,
First off, sorry as I am new to wikis and I am not familiar with a lot of the terminology. I am a teacher and we would like to put some of the videos we have made on our class wiki. Any suggestions on what I need to/should do? Please remember to keep it simple. If I need to use a widget (which I think I might), please keep it in simple speak as I need all the help I can get :)
