Help retrieving username and password
I have set up a Wetpaint site for a group of people who do not know much about Wetpaint. I told one of them (who is not in the same state as me) how to set up an account and he messed it up. He filled out the form and then got scared that the page was unsecure and x'ed out of it. So now, when he goes to create an account, the page says there is already an account with that e-mail. I have asked him if he knows his username and password that he put on the form and he doesn't know. He said he "cancelled" the registration, but I think it must have went through. I sent him a password reset e-mail hoping he coudl at least get some information about what his username and passowrd are form that, but he said it is too confusing and he didn't reset hte password. Is there any way I can get his username and password or any way somethign coudl eb sent to him./ He doesn't have a clue what he is doing on the site and has never used it before, and I cannot really help him from another state since I do not have access to his e-mail account to walk him through the password reset process, so any help would be appreciated!

E-Mails needed and SPAM. Help
First, I added a new message to the new users notifying them to look for wetpaint emails in their e-mail Spam folders as soon as they join.
Since I respond to each and every new member within 3-4 hours, it is expected they are aware of this issue.
In any case, AOL does place wetpaint e-mails into the Spam folder. I have tried myself from different accounts.
My wiki has already 50 members and at this point I don't know how many of them gets my messages (from day one), and it is useless to send them more messages to check if they are ok . They will end up in their spam folder again.
In fact, at least 5 people are ghosts and I have no other way to contact them since I don't have their e-mails. being the creator. I should be able to contact them from different e-mail accounts other than wetpaint.
I can't contact them, it renders this educational site useless, honestly.
I am aware of anti-spam issues and to protect members, but this is certainly not the case. I really need to resolve this issue

e-mail a page to a specifc member-s
If I use e-mail a page, I have to enter a e-mail which I may not have for members, plus it is bothersome. Coould a link to members be created, or add them by their profile name? Could I select certain members only?
For instance, I want to create groups and just e-mail them some information, and some other info to a different group Other way is to copy and paste page address and e-mail one by one of the selected members. This is bothersome and time consuming as well. HELP

How do I add an email link (a href="mailto:...")? Is there a way to access the code on the page?

Being able to have an e-mail...from wetpaint!
Wetpaint is surely fantastic. But I think it needs more than that. Customized E-mail Address for users. This way, we won't have to share our own or create our own e-mails from other sites (yahoo, gmail) just to give visitors more access to site members. E-Mail from Wetpaint would be great. And, this way, we can get wetpaint weekly digests and the latest news without going to our e-mail address from another site.
Wetpaint You surely need this. Please reply asap and if you like this suggestion, reply!
