Reiki applicable to serious cancer patient?
Hi,
this is my first time in this forum/community.
My girlfriend has a very serious case of multiple myeloma, a cancer of the plasma cells. It is a systemic disease--she has malignant-tissue masses that are not related to any organ, but just because of size and proximity they threaten her heart and the clearance in her airways.
We are running out of options; if the next chemotherapy drug cocktail (of which she's been through several, with varied but never totally successful results) doesn't work, she only has a few weeks to live. We are devastated and her family is more willing than before to explore alternative options.
In your collective opinion, is Reiki something that can help her out? Or is it more of a treatment for less serious diseases, or for general balance and mental health?
If Reiki could be useful, could anybody recommend a Reiki practitioner for her in the general Peninsula area? She is mobile, but a long trip would put her through some stress; it would be worth it only if the quality of the care was superior enough to that available at locations closer to her.

Something.. I don't know.
Will you ever get new site styles? Because the colors are very limited, and... it would be excellent if there were more. I feel so limited of colors when I edit and such, due to matching with the styles.

Change of Domain Name & Url Forward Address help
I am struggling to renew my domain name because my Domain account has been blocked for some reason, which i think i know. But i am unable to contact & get help via Dotster customer help so have decided to buy a shortened website Domain name & Url forwarding address. The problem i have is actually changing them over, as i wasn't the one who did it originally for our website, it was a past member (who is no longer on the web). I updated my password for our wiki site and it refuses to acknowledge it. I checked save password as well and it didn't do that either. Think you need to really work on updating this issue as this isn't the first time it has happened on the site.

Adding RSS Feed
I've added an RSS feed using a widget, but no feed is embedded. I just get an ordinary link to the site the feed is from.

Alright, first, if I shouldn't be posting this here can someone tell me nicely so I can delete it.
Okay, so to get to the point, I am looking for a Warrior Cat Role Play site to join. I have been out of the whole "wetpaint and role playing" thing for a while and it would be nice if the site is a "smaller community".
I wouldn't of posted this here, but I didn't know where else to look. Which brings be to my second question; I have been off wetpaint for a while and there used to be a spot where you could search and find sites. Where is that?

Editing Page Tabs
Are you able to edit the navigation tabs across the top of the screen (Home, Discussion, Photos, ect) to title them differently such as (Links, Resources, Sponsors) whatever else??? Thanks in advance.

No matter what site i go on, it always tell me Inbox(1).
However when i click inbox, it tell me no new messages/compliments/friends.

Can you help me understand?
I am unclear on some governmental issues. A member yesterday posted a thread on our site saying that if SOPA and /or PIPA bills are passed sites such as ours would be shut down. Warrior Cat Clans 2 is a fan RPG site based on Erin Hunter's Warriors books. From what I've read about SOPA and PIPA, these bills are concerned with sites stealing and distributing copyrighted material. As far as I know our site does neither. (I'm an administrator and have been on our site for almost three years.) Am I understanding this correctly? WCC2 is a fan site and fan clubs have existed for years.
Also so that I can dispel any rumors, can you tell me if this member is correct that fan based sites are in danger of being shut down?

Mysterious Removal of Videos
As the sole moderator at the Phantoms and Monsters Wiki, I get hit with questions about glitches. The latest question has to do with a link to a YouTube video titled "Spirit Orbs...." The member/user did not remove the video, nor a couple of others he posted about the same time. But when I was perusing the newsest videos in the gallery, and I opened his postings, it said quite plainly "removed by user".
The member is of the opinion that there was a copyright issue as to why the videos were removed, but the videos were all made by him! I think he should just go ahead and re-post the videos, and we both will be watching to see if someone deletes them again.

When I enter my username and password I'm taken directly to a page that says "Unauthorized - You do not have permission to view this page" There is nothing else on the page. What am I doing wrong? I created my site last week and I'm trying to find my way back to it to update it. Thanks for your help.
