Sharing ideas with new wetpaint wiki members/sites
We created a fan site for the Borgias over 2 years ago. For a long time we had less than 50 members. Then we started growing. We were at one time an official fan site for the series. Now we have almost 1,000 members and the cast of the series is so amazing that they come to chat with fans on the wiki several Sundays during the season. We have been nominated for wetpaint awards as well. We have contests where we give autographed photos from the cast members.
If you are starting a new wiki or have just joined a wiki have fun learning because it will grow. Don't give up. We have members who have excellent ideas and help inspire each other. Creative members blend well with the ones who have other types of vision on any wiki Check our wiki out at TheBorgias Wetpaint.com

Working with my Wiki using EasyEdit
I've been trying to edit my wiki page for the past week and I am being told to log in when I do so. I do as it says, but no results. It won't let me edit anything on my wiki. My site is through a different site building website, but that shouldn't have anything to do with it, right? How do I fix this?

How do you wiki here?
I followed a video on creating a wiki on WetPaint and so I went to www.wetpaint.com but that page doesn't even mention Wikis.
Do you not host wikis anymore? Where does one go on your site to create a wiki?

How many moderators should a wiki have?
We have a new wetpaint wiki The Borgias which is related in a way to The Tudors Wiki. The Tudors Wiki has over 4000 members. We are not as big as The Tudors wiki but it is very very possible that we will be wiith The Tudors ending. I do not want to make every single person a moderator. How many moderators are good per ratio of members so to speak?

What is considered to be spamming?
If you are a wetpaint member and you belong to many wetpaint sites is it spamming if you try to help the newer wikis/sites by sending messages to friends on other wetpaint sites. For example If I was trying to help the creator of The Good Wife Wiki and sent messages to friends on The Tudors Wiki.to let them know about a new wiki .is it spam,,,or is it promotions? I just want to be sure on this I do not wish to get into trouble.

Freeing up space on wiki
The Friends List and All My Wetpaint Sites on the right hand column should be a tab at the top (under the page name). This way the page could be made wider.

Backing up pages
Is there any way of backing up our wiki? It's scary to think that somebody malevolent could come along and wipe the lot, and we would have no way of reinstating it.

Benefits of using Wet Paint
I am new to Wet Paint. Actually I am here to understand how I can use Wet Paint. Can someone who are experienced with Wet Paint tell me more about it? I guess this is an open general question.

Is there any way...
To make a picture a background? And like type over it? I don't think this feature is available on Wetpaint, but I figured asking never hurt.

Invitation to private wiki not allowing invitees to participate
Greetings Everyone
I have a private wiki for my class which I created in the spring and made some modifications a couple of weeks ago. I have not sent invitations to my new set of students and when they try to accept the invitation it takes them to a member sign in page. I told all of my students to create accounts and I tried sending them the another invitation in hopes that they would click on the invitation and then sign in with their accounts. However, this did not work as well.
I need to know how to sent invites to my students for a private wiki and the actual invitation work.
I look forward to anyone's reply!

I can not get into my site!
No matter what I do, one of my wikis is not letting me in. All I get is 'Firefox does not recognize the link" It's the link I used yesterday and the day before that. I've had the site for over a year. All of my members can access it, but I can't. What is the problem and how can I fix it?

Has WP Thought About Making Custom Color Schemes?
Well, I've noticed that there hasn't been a lot of new color styles / schemes for Wetpaint sites. And, I'd like some thoughts from WP employees...have you guys ever thought about making Custom Color Schemes (Such as on Twitter, Where you can customize the colors, font colors, etc) and possibly enabling background images, like the one on the LOST wiki or other sites that are provided by premium services like HBO show wikis or FOX show wikis? It would be a great idea, and really enable people to customize their hard-worked on wiki.

Remove Site
Wet Paint is sweet first of all, but the group that my site was built for no longer exists. How can I delete the wiki all together? The information given is no longer applicable nor needed. I don't want to have false advertisement heh. How do I get rid of it?
Thanks in advance for the help.

Accessing raw markup
Is there a way to bypass the 'easy edit' feature and access the raw markup syntax in use? I need to dump a large quantity of information from a 3rd party app into a wiki with links to other wiki pages and font color changes embedded in the text.
The only way I can see to do this is by generating the data with the markup inline and pasting the text. I most certainly am not going to go through 'easy edit's UI to markup each of several hundred links by hand.
