Private sites
I've been reading here on WPC some of the threads on private sites but am a bit confused. I built a private wetpaint site some years ago and it was closed to anyone outside the members from viewing the content.
I am trying to build a training site but don't want any of the content to bee seen by anyone apart from those who would be allowed to join, is this still possible?

Feature Content
I've tried this in Internet Explorer, Mozilla, and Chrome and for some reason it doesn't let me add a new page to the Featured Content Module. It says something about an error. I have all of the recent updates for the browsers, by the way.

Anchor Links aren't working properly
I followed the directions that are listed on the Anchor Links page. Once I tested them out after saving, it didn't work properly. I visited the Wetpaint sites listed that used these and theirs are working just fine while mine won't. So can someone please help with my problem?

Hey, everyone! I need help on answering a small question. I have a private site, and I don't know if this has anything to do with it, but I can't put Content Modules on any page. The button to put Modules on a page doesn't appear on the EasyEdit toolbar when I edit a page. Is there something wrong with my computer or my site? I have a supported browser, but I can't find out why I can't put on any Content Modules.

search engines
ok i read about the search engines. and if i understood right the more unique content you have the more likely it will be found upon searching... im not sure if i got that right so please correct me if i am wrong. But if this is right were is this "content" supposed to be? does it mean on the site in general? like any were on the site? sorry if that was a rather confusing question. I just would like to know so my site will be easier to find for others.

Deleted Content In Error
I tried to delete only playlist, and entire text content was deleted as well, and now I can't seem to save new text after attempt made three times.
Whats happening, and is this going to continue?

member profile content deleted
Hello,
One of my site's members has lost the profile information he added... is there a way to retrieve it? I've tried clicking through to previous versions of his profile, but they all come up with the blank, current, page.
What happened was that his membership was accidentally cancelled. We've gotten him reinstated, but the profile info is gone. Can anyone offer suggestions?

searching member profile content
I'm setting up a new site. Is there a way for my users to search for other users with similar interests based on their profiles? The site search does not seem to pick up terms on profile pages (other than keyword tags), and the search for members seems to only search for user names. I'm using a template for profiles and don't want to have to have users repeat phrases and answers in the keywords (because realistically they won't) to make a search work.

able to download stuff from your wiki or website
i was wondering...
i made a website for animators and artists and yeah and whatnot...
so in pivot there is something called stks..
and those are files that are supposed to be used in pivot.. while animating...
alot of stks dont get accepted on droidz.org.. so i made this site for videos, games, pictures, and also stks..
they have to be downloaded onto your computer to use them though..
so i want to just make a page that you can post stks and download stks from the website...
can you download anything from a wetpaint wiki or not??
if yes than how?

Pesky Background Image
I have an image on my site (background) that I'd like to remove or change, but I can't figure out where it actually is. I did not create my site...I just adopted it after it had been abandoned...so I don't even know how the image got there in the first place. Cany anyone help with this?
