No. You have to firsrt uplaod them to sites like Youtube then you get the embed code, then you can upload them.

Nav Bar Green?
Before the maintenance which lasted 3.5 hours, has anyone ever seen their Navigation bar on WPC Green? It was once green for me. I'm just wondering, is it my computer's problem?

yy10's answer is correct. Wetpaint was created so that less tech-savvy users could have the joy of running a free website. This means no HTML or c++ knowledge. They figured that the users who knew how to do that wouldn't use this basic engine.
