"Is this the page that tells you that it has detected multiple viruses and spyware on your computer and says that XX number of files have compromised etc.? When that happened to me I called Mac Support immediately and they said it was just a hoax, or a "come-on" to get their software, to ignore/delete it, or if necessary shut down the ineternet connection to disconnect, and start up again. It has not been a problem since. Is this the same thing??????"
