Wetpaint
I am really disgruntled at the state of wetpaint. I have not been at all interested in editing anything since the last time you have reorginized wetpaint. I wish you hadn't gotten rid of the box on the right side that showed recent contributions. That was very nice because I could see if anyone had contributed anything recently, so I would click on it to see what they did, and that would incite me to add something of my own. Now I simply am not inspired to add anything to my sites. The new format looks really tacky. I wish you would just leave the format the same, or at least give the users a choice of whether they want to switch over to a new format.
anymore. I am also very upset about the large video ads on the side of the page. One thing I liked about wetpaint and used it for so many things was because it just had small, ads by google that weren't intrusive and were usually related to the subject you were working on. Hence I prefered to use wetpaint over other free sites. Now, I a, just disgusted by the large ads. And there's even an ad on our Magistra G's Latin Wiki site, which we worked hard on and got approved to be an ad-free website. Now it feels like wetpaint is betraying us. We're seriously considering to switching to a different free website because of all this.

Please Help Me. [ For Jeremy_Wetpaint mainly! ]
Jeremy probably won't see this; I'd message him. However, he cannot just change it so you may customize it, Wetpaint must customize it. Therefore, especially since Wetpaint is extremely busy, this will probably take awhile. I would make a list of all the links you'd like below the page, like so. Have stars denote headings and double stars denote links in the drop-down menu beneath each heading. For example:
*Home (link to homepage)
*News (link to What's New? Updates page)
**Facebook (link to Facebook page)
**Blog (link to blog)
*Roleplay
**Getting Started (link to page)
**Choosing Your Cat Species (link to page)
etc., etc.
This, even if you email Jeremy, will probably take awhile. When I had this done to my site, bookshelffantastica.com, I had completely forgotten that I requested this feature until it showed up with an email from Jeremy a few months later! It's worth the wait though, so I'd just create a link list and email Jeremy.

"I want to get a job at Wetpaint when I am older. Then I can be Admin on WPC!" You would most likely be a mod. Also, many of the users that work at wetpaint dont have to come on WPC. They dont have time to come on while they are working. The only ones that HAVE to come on is Jeremy_wetpaint, Jason_wetpaint, Kimberly B, and a few others. Moved to Discussion Forum.

contacting wetpaint
really hard to get help from wetpaint people - i think i must be blocked or something. Why cant wetpaint make it easier to contact them? I cannot do bloggs and threads. I just need simple answers. Links to key wetpaint personel to allow email comms would be perfect. i found Jeremy, but now I cannot access him via w/p central - the link just does not work! Just like the easy edit button and the LHS scroll bar. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Question for wetpaint:
As Maxwilly said, these are just bugs in the system. Jeremy and the rest of the Wetpaint Staff are aware of them and are trying to fix them as soon as possible. For me, the message bug has been fixed. However, the profile bug you are speaking of hasn't been fixed yet, at least for me. Don't worry though, Wetpaint is working as hard as they can to fix the bugs. As Maxwilly said, if the bug isn't fixed within a week or so, message jeremy_wetpaint or email info@wetpaint.com to report the problem.

Whatever you do, don't download the program it tells you to download.
Jeremy has updated a page, specifically for this problem, check it out for more information on this issue, it's happened to many people, including me.

Wetpaint status?
I talked to Jeremy, the database corrupted, and that corruption affected the "slave" database leaving Wikis on Wetpaint without a solid database if I am not mistaken.

Wetpaint, Downhill
Is it me or has Wetpaint been going downhill today? I think it's because of the Photo Gallery release. Yesterday (before Photo Gallery release) everything on Wetpaint was working fine and today (after Photo Gallery release) it's not.

Jeremy what's the deal?
Wetpaint supports widgets that use Flash or Iframe embed tags. The widget that you are trying to embed is JavaScript based, which is not supported for use on Wetpaint.

Banned Off Wetpaint
"Do you guys still do that? Because of WFS there's a member who keep's coming back after she's banned and is STILL causing trouble. Can you help by banning her off of Wetpaint?" You would have to message Jeremy_wetpaint with information and a link to the member's profile. Tell him what the problem is, he's very helpful.
