Heidianna...but she no longer works for Wetpaint.
I think it was originally called The Moderator's Lounge as well, but that was before my time.

Creator of Wetpaint Active?
Heidianna no longer works for Wetpaint, so she does not help out at Wetpaint Central. She left the company a few years ago, however, that does not stop her from enjoying OTHER wetpaint sites.

December 01, 2005, Wetpaint was the name Wikisphere decided to take as it's new official title. Wikisphere was a wiki host that did solely custom work. In March of 2006, Wetpaint decided to test market the idea of free wiki hosting. In June, 2006, Wetpaint became a free wiki host to all. Some of the first sites to take use of Wetpaint are still here today. Xbox360 and EMGN Gaming.
As word got around about Wetpaint, there became a need to have a help site. So in Sep 2006 Heidianna created Wetpaint Central.
In Oct 2006, the first of many threads requesting or discussing the use of HTML on Wetpaint pages began. There are 665 threads regarding HTML on wetpaint today.
