PEACE IS NOT ON WETPAINT!
It is up to the specific moderator whether or not a thread is locked or not. If it was locked, you either broke a rule or the thread was getting out of hand.

please wetpaint
Generally, administrators aren't promoted on wetpaint central because of the security issue. Having too many administrators on any site is dangerous. Besides this, you are an anonymous user who does not work for wetpaint. Asking to be promoted to moderator or administrator is a violation of the rules, which can be read here: http://www.wetpaintcentral.com/page/wetpaint+central+rules. Please refrain from commenting until you have finished reading these rules.

Wetpaint Bug?
Wetpaint Central may have a bug or something. When I go to "Members" and select "go to page 3, it brings me to the Wetpaint Central Home Page and signs me out. I just thought I should let everyone know so that maybe you can fix it. I did just check, and it seems like only page 3 does it.

Rule 11
"And from which orifice did you pull that number? Because it is nowhere to be found on the WCR, or the forum necromancy link contained therein.
New suggestion: Quit making things up. You are just being an idiot." I believe it use to say two weeks or older is Forum Necromancy. It still is 2 weeks or older. I'm sure any one of us Wetpaint helpers can tell you that.
I'm not making this up fyi.
' You are just being an idiot. '
My reply: Bite your tounge and wash your mouth out with soap. I am no idiot. I would say other things, but, I'm just going to keep my cool.
-Edited part- Do not flame me. See rule 3. http://www.wetpaintcentral.com/page/Wetpaint+Central+Rules

Re: rules and regulations
"How can we get the wetpaint rules and regulations onto another wetpaint site or is this not permitted. I have a few members joining now and would like them to know the rules and regulations please." You can have your own set of rules for your wiki. You don't need to really copy Wetpaint Central's rules and use them.
See, the rules here were made for this wiki. The rules might be different on another wiki. Try with basic rules like: No swearing, No sexual content, No spam. Rules like that. Of cource, depending on your wiki, you might allow that stuff on your wiki. You make the rules for your own wiki.
