Wetpaint Central Moderation & Community Morale
As CryingDove suggested, here is a new thread to discuss Wetpaint Central's growing need for additional moderation, as well as the extremely low morale of the Wetpaint community. I, for one, see no solution to this issue. Wetpaint has taken away everything we depended on them for, stopped supporting our platform in a timely and efficient manner, and milked us as a community for every penny we're worth. I don't think there is any way to bring back the community morale after *this*.

remove "My Sites" from my profile on wetPaint Central
I want to remove the "My Sites" box from my profile page on WetPaint Central. It's at the bottom on the right side under friends. I seem to attract people that are overly curious. I went to settings and changed them to no avail. I've tried to change everything that I could to remove the listing of "My Sites" I'd really appreciate any help and advice. I looked at other members' site and their sites don't show on their WPC profile. I hope that I don't have to quit & come back as a different person.

Walrus, I'm simply trying to make a point. Making my point requires collecting evidence. If people don't want to read that evidence, they are welcome to ignore the thread.
However, if you would like, I won't paste any other quotes. I just have one more post that I would like to make in which I address Wetpaint directly. Is that okay?

Hey Wetpaint...How about giving us the TRUTH
You're very welcome, everyone. It's high time that the community learn the truth about the Wetpaint company, what it's become, and the future of Wetpaint wikis. I see far too many complaints about not having new features in years, and about the bugs and glitches that seem to be popping up every week. There are even members who still have hope that Wetpaint is just as invested in the wiki platform as they were in 2006. I don't know what the company's plans are for the wiki platform, but I do know that at this moment, wikis are not a priority at all, and it likely never will be. I don't believe the Wetpaint wikis are in danger of being deleted - but only because they are still profitable. If, one day, the cost of hosting Wetpaint wikis comes close to or exceeds the wikis' collective ad revenue, there is no reason to continue supporting the platform.

Broken Widgets (All suggestions welcomed...desperate for help)
Widgets on Wetpaint sites are served from a specific server: widget.wetpaintserv.us
If your school is blocking that server, it would result in exactly what you're seeing.
Try going to the following URL. It's a widget here on Wetpaint Central. It should immediately redirect you to the widget. If it doesn't, that's a pretty good indication that it's blocked on your network.

No that person is not globally banned. They still have a profile here on Wetpaint Central. If they were globally banned that would not be the case. So they are still here in the Wetpaint world.
