Can't change site permissions

I have tried 3 times to change my site from public to private, but the settings will not take effect. The URL is http://debnsg241.wetpaint.com. Please advise. Thanks. Deb Geis Do you find this valuable?

Are you an Administrator or Creator? Do you find this valuable?

Make sure after you click "Next" on the bottom of the page, you will be taken to Step 2 of 2. Many member I have known skip this page, click "Yes, make the change now" below the line.

Thank you - I think I have it fixed - I was skipping one step. We'll see in 10 minutes when the effects should show up. Do you find this valuable?

The site is private now, at least for me. Do you find this valuable?
