I am searching the site for information on how WetPaint will let users know when maintenance is scheduled. Is there a FAQ or document somewhere that details what notifications are sent and to what audience?
Also, in the notice above on this WetPaint Status page, it states that the site will be down on Wednesday at 9pm Pacific but it does not mention a date. And, several hours is a little vague for an outage duration. I would suggest adding the actual date and also stating a more specific duration.

We don't send out email notifications, but it's an idea we might consider in the future. In general, big issues get posted on the home page of Wetpaint Central and smaller releases get posted on the Notifications page.
