What does it mean to watch a page or a thread?
If you want to be kept up to date on any changes made to a page or thread, you can add it to your Watchlist. You need to sign in to this site in order to use the Watchlist. If you do not have a profile, you can create one.To watch or un-watch a page, click on the 'Watch this page' or 'Un-Watch page' option on the More Tools dropdown list.

Once you've added a page to your Watchlist, you can view the status of pages you're watching by clicking on the "View your Watchlist" link or check your Watchlist at any time from your profile page.
To watch a thread, click on the "Watch" link from the threads summary or the thread detail page.
