What does it mean to watch a page or a thread?

If you want to be kept up to date on any changes made to a page or thread, you can add it to your Watchlist. You need to sign in to this site in order to use the Watchlist. If you do not have a profile, you can create one.
To watch a page, click on the "Watch this page" link on the Page Toolbox.

The "Watch This Page" dialog will appear to confirm that you've added this page to your Watchlist.
Once you've added a page to your Watchlist, you can view the status of pages you're watching by clicking on the "View Watchlist" button.your YouWatchlist" canlink alsoor check your Watchlist at any time by clicking on the "My Watchlist" link in the upper right cornerfrom ofyour anyprofile page.
